- Знати про місцезнаходження Бази, її призначення та найменування, місцезнаходження власника і розпорядників Бази, або дати відповідне доручення щодо отримання цієї інформації уповноваженим особам, крім випадків, встановлених законом;

- Отримувати інформацію про умови надання доступу до персональних даних, зокрема інформацію про третіх осіб, яким передаються персональні дані, що містяться в Базі;

- На доступ до своїх персональних даних;

- Пред'являти вмотивовану вимогу із запереченням проти обробки персональних даних органами державної влади, органами місцевого самоврядування при здійсненні повноважень, передбачених законом;

- Вносити застереження стосовно обмеження права на обробку своїх персональних даних при наданні згоди;

- to know about the location of the Base, its purpose and name, the location of the owner and managers of the Base, or to give an appropriate order to obtain this information for authorized person, except in cases established by the law;

- to obtain information on the terms of granting the access to personal data, in particular information about the third parties to whom the personal data which is contained in the Base are transmitted;

- access to your personal data;

- to provide a motivated claim against the processing of personal data by state authorities, local self-government bodies during implementation of powers envisaged by law;

- to make warnings about restricting the right to process your personal data when giving consent;

- other rights provided by Clause 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

- Номер телефону: Bauer Personal Space використовує телефонні номери як контактну опцію, коли тренер або адміністратор школи повинні зв’язатися з Вами.

- Basic Account Data: Bauer Personal Space is an electronic personal cabinet service. You provide your mobile number and basic account data, which may include profile name, profile picture to create a service account. That will make it easier for Your trainers and administrators of the school to reach you and recognize who you are

- Your E-mail Address: Bauer Personal Space uses email address as a unique identifier within school to identify you and linked profiles. Also, email is used as a primary communication channel for password recovery and confirmations for event registrations

- Phone Number: Bauer Personal Space uses phone numbers as a contact option when the trainer or administrator of the school need to reach You.

- Device information: We collect information about the number and type of devices you use to connect to the Bauer School web services, as well as information about the operating systems on those devices (e.g., iOS, Android, Windows)

- Cookies: The only cookies we use are those to operate and provide our Services on the web. We do not use cookies for profiling or advertising. The cookies we use are small text files that allow us to provide and customize our Services, and in doing so provide you with an enhanced user experience. Your browser should allow you to control these cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may choose to block cookies with your web browser.

Your data is stored in a data center in Frankfurt. That is a third-party provided (Amazon Web Services) data center in which Bauer School rents a designated space,web services and hosting. All data is protected by corresponding AWS Data Privacy Policy which include but not limited by: - Maintaining a wide variety of compliance programs that validate security controls. - We protect the security of your information during transmission to or from AWS websites, applications, products, or services by using encryption protocols and software.

- Maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information.

На відміну від інших сервісів, ми не використовуємо ваші дані для націлювання реклами чи інших комерційних цілей. Bauer School Space зберігає лише інформацію, необхідну для функціонування як безпечної та багатофункціональної хмарної послуги.

Unlike other services, we don't use your data for ad targeting or other commercial purposes. Bauer School Space only stores the information it needs to function as a secure and feature-rich cloud service.

- Payment Information: Bauer School does not process payments from users and instead relies on different payment providers, such as LiqPay, Stripe. It is the payment providers that handle and store your credit card details. Bauer School does not have access to this information. Although we work with payment providers they are completely independent from Bauer School. Please study their relevant privacy policies before making your data available to them.

- Credit Card Information When making a payment, you enter your credit card details into a form supplied by the payment provider that will be processing the payment, and this information goes directly to the payment provider's server. Your credit card information never reaches Bauer School’s servers. We do not access and do not store your credit card information. When you save your credit card info, it is saved on the respective payment provider's servers and the payment provider gives Bauer School a token that you can reuse for future payments. It is not possible to reconstruct your credit card info from the token.
